Weekly Technical Update

As part of this week's update, we will share this week's progress and what component we worked on.

1. Common tasks - Researched future collateral for PSM formula and finished PSM design draft.
- Prepared PSM formula and created code with tests to check it.

Currently continue researching Open Market PSM approach design and prepare the document with its description.

2. Control Block - Completed Control block exchange rate refactoring. - Started create concurrent design for Control Block.

Currently working on ControlBlock async design.

3. Liquidation Service (new approach for liquidation implementation) - Currently working on improving validators for Recalculation, Liquidation, StabilityPool and Receipt scripts.

4. Demo Currently adding more off-chain checks to prevent PAB freezes.
