Weekly Technical Update

As part of this week's update, we will share this week's progress and what component we worked on.

1. Refactoring - Completed dividing AUSD to ACent task.

2. Receipt features - Completed Withdraw Rewards Only endpoint and validators for it.
- Completed StabilityPool and Receipt validators for Withdraw Rewards Only endpoint.

Currently working on validators and tests for Withdraw Rewards Only endpoint.

3. Control block - Added monitoring contract.
- Completed parsing getUnbackedVault response, added stablecoinProtocolParams, wip on change contract activation logic.

Currently completing test monitoring with PAB, adding flow tests.

4. Oracle - Completed on-chain and off-chain parts of oracle.

4. Auction Currently working on on-chain part of auction.
